Like Mark, I'm lighting a candle collectively to send thoughts, thanks and wishes from your friends and former colleagues in Psychology (and beyond) at DMU and especially on behalf of all the students who you guided, inspired and supported over many years.
On a more personal note, I will always remember and be grateful for the many evenings of generous hospitality and lively conversation which we shared. I hope your future adventures are filled with the comforts and delights of good malt and fine wine, colourful and fragrant herbaceous borders, great books to read, Leonard Cohen on repeat play, and faithful feline companions.
